∎ B.Sc in Textile Technology from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Production Management (Finishing)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take over shift duty from previous shift In-Charge
∎ Prepare daily program of machine according to the urgency of work order
∎ Set up the machine parameters according to the requirement
∎ Formulate a standard recipe for the finishing chemicals, as required
∎ Give a continuous guidance to the supervisors for machine utilization and target fabric specification
∎ Give solution if any problem arise with fabric and discuss with reporting officer for better solution
∎ Study for work improvement and give report to the higher authority
∎ Ensure that all lab test report (shrinkage, spirality, fastness, etc) are recorded i batch monitoring daily
∎ Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the area as assign by ensuring employees involvement
∎ Monitor the production to complete the required time
∎ Check that all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team
∎ Co-ordinate with dyeing, quality assurance, laboratory and other department
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower
∎ Minimize the rejection of fabric
∎ Monitor that the man, machine & materials are properly used
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
