Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Technology from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily finishing plan according to the order;
∎ Formulate standard recipe for the finishing chemicals as required;
∎ Ensure that all lab test report (shrinkage, spirality, fastness etc.) are recorded daily;
∎ Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the area as assign by ensuring employees involvement;
∎ Monitor the production to complete the required time
∎ Check that all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team;
∎ Co-ordinate with dyeing, quality assurance, laboratory and others department;
∎ Monitor that the man, machine & materials are properly used;
∎ Minimize the rejection of fabric;
∎ Ensure machine servicing with maintenance department;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Working experience in Finishing Department with large knit textile company.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 year experience in the same position.
