Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates who stay at 'Chattogram' will get priority.
∎ Preparing credit and debit vouchers, cash books & ledger of accounts etc.
∎ Have to check supporting papers/documents of day- to-day expenditures.
∎ Prepare monthly bank & customer reconciliation statement.
∎ Update daily collection register.
∎ Update balance of cash book on daily basis.
∎ Posting of all kinds of accounting adjustment
∎ Keeping records of transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers in software processes on a regular basis.
∎ Establish, maintain & reconcile the ledgers.
∎ Record receipt of cash, chaques and online deposits in register.
∎ Ensure to proper cash handling.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants previously having 3-4 years working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic and hard working.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in computer & ERP software.
∎ High level interpersonal skills and integrity;
∎ Ability to work in a team environment.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
∎ Candidate of Chittagong get priority for this post.
