∎ MBA/M.com, CA(CC) Preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle petty cash and daily business transactions & prepare monthly office fund requirement
∎ Must be sound knowledge of accounting software (Tally Software) & MS office application program.
∎ Maintain sales ledger, accounts receivable ledger. Track and review accounts receivable daily basis and confirm the customer wise receivable balances are correct and accurate. Reconcile the payment received from customer with the receivable.
∎ Ensuring periodic Financial Reports for the Head office & follow head office instructions for performing daily duties.
∎ Preserved and file the invoice customer receipt copy and attention to reporting superior if found any bill missing.
∎ Engage daily banking activities and day to day operation of Accounts & Finance department.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts/registers, cash & bank transaction, received & payment statement.
∎ Enter customer/vendor data in company database on customize software, ERP 9/Prime & MS Excel.
∎ Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and cash account.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have ability to work under pressure
∎ Mentality to provide long time service for the company
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill & should have competency on computer-based accounting system.
Salary: Negotiable
