Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage petty cash Bill receivable, checking, advance adjustment & payments,
∎ Ensure timely payment of utility bills,
∎ Receive General Services bill, checking, budget confirm, previous advance & other status checking, Communication with respective department, payment ensure, voucher preparing,
∎ Prepare monthly Journal vouchers,
∎ Assist to prepare database management report and Management Report monthly basis,
∎ Perform revenue Reconciliation MIS Vs GL,
∎ Assist to prepare monthly Accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 29 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must know Tally.
∎ He Must know accounting software.
∎ Management Report & Other Work as required,
∎ Preparation of monthly Journal vouchers.
∎ Technical Competencies:
∎ Must have knowledge of general accounting procedures, specifically those related to accounts payable,
∎ Should know about the relevant computer applications (Advance Excel),
∎ MS office, Internet browsing, power point,
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
∎ Must have good communication and problem-solving skills,
∎ Honest,
∎ Quantitative Analysis,
∎ Ability to work under pressure,
∎ Pro-active,
∎ Self-driven,
∎ Self-motivated etc.
