Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Promotion, Business Communication, Client Service/ Marketing, Event Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Event Management, Advertising Ageny, Market Research Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, strategizing and implementing and overseeing new marketing initiatives with team members
∎ Regularly set goals and KPIs and ensure they are met within deadline
∎ Conducting detailed response analysis and formulating targeted marketing & sales strategies.
∎ Bring fresh and innovative marketing tactics to have an edge in the market
∎ Regularly work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve projects: Social Media, IT, Graphics desk and Reporting team
∎ Formulating communications strategies, including writing of promotional copy
∎ Visit customers on daily basis.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback from client and provide it to team leader.
∎ Ensure right time payment
∎ Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone
∎ Maintain records of contacts & other information.
∎ Excellent communication skills with clients with a specific focus on sales & marketing.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way.
∎ Prepare Daily Sales reports and submit to Enterprise Head
∎ Monitor all correspondence to ensure it meets with Enterprise policy and procedures.
∎ Respond within 24 hours to any Group, checking space/rates in system and follow up
∎ Ability and willingness to travel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Experience in that field will be preferred, Innovative design capability.
∎ • Must have ability to work in under pressure.
∎ • The applicant must have good communication skill in both Bangla and English
