Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for control the dyeing & finishing floor.
∎ To follow all company rules and regulation and perform, good safety healthy procedure in daily job.
∎ Ability to understand technical knowledge on related machine in laboratory.
∎ Ability to ensure standard operating procedure (SOP) & working instruction in excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by applying all technique to minimize defect and reduce extra hour work.
∎ Coordinate daily Knitting, dyeing planning according to shipment plan & ensure fabrics delivery on time
∎ Discuss with planning and cutting department on daily basis regarding input requirement.
∎ Daily monitor on sewing & finishing department to full fill order quantity to avoid any sort of short shipment & ensure shipment schedule.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning emphasizing on cost reduction to increase profitability.
∎ Ensure a quality production with maximum target achievement through perfect production planning.
∎ Monitor production process that buyer's requirement is being followed properly.
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
∎ Report to the authority in details for time to time.
∎ Any Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge in dyeing fabric color matching.
∎ Candidate from BUTEX & govt. institution get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
