  • Honors/ Master’s in Journalism, English, Bangla, Business Communications, B.B.A./ Business Studies, Finance, Computer Science, EEE or related fields.
  • Excellent command of English and professional writing skills demonstrated by a score in IELTS or other similar international tests.
  • Advanced Level skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Prior Knowledge in SmartDraw,/MsVisio, or other diagrams generating tools will be an added advantage.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, agreements, and presentations as per the request of the Sales and Marketing teams with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the customers.

  • Study RFP/RFQ/EOI/Tender schedules of various banks/ NGOs/ donor agencies, Govt. ministries, and corporate organizations and prepare the submission of bids/offers within the deadline with strict conformity of the rules and regulations of the concerned organizations.

  • Prepare technical documents for IT-enabled services as per the requirements of the software engineers, architects, and system administrators, including procedures, architecture descriptions, technical specifications, and detailed configuration information. Preferably in the software development and network security field.

  • Work with vendors/suppliers/partners and engineers to acquire necessary product information and create relevant technical documents such as User Manual, SRS, DFD, BRD, ERD, Use Cases, etc.

  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.

  • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications and software.

  • Prepare, organize, and compile business metrics, concept notes, business strategy, and other business information documents to be sent as responses to investing/auditing firms;

  • Follow up and maintain good communication with the departments to collect requested information on time;

  • Prepare process flow charts, diagrams, and service descriptions and incorporate those in relevant documents.

  • Draft and issue press releases about various events, such as the launching of services, signing ceremonies, etc.

  • Assist the Business/Sales team in preparing reports/invoices for ongoing projects. Prepare project completion reports and final invoices for completed projects.

  • Prepare various letters, and emails to communicate with external stakeholders.

  • Review published material and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.

  • Review competitive products and documentation to further improve our documentation and processes.

  • Review and edit existing technical documents to improve writing, styles, formatting, contents, etc., and also keep records of any changes made.

  • Ensure complete secrecy in managing confidential documents.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
