Job Context:
∎ The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall day-to-day planning, management, operation and monitoring of programs/projects and matters of financial, administration, donor compliance, coordination with stakeholders including Gov. related to functioning and donors compliance of the organization.
∎ Dhaka (Central Office) with normal field visit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ a. Lead and oversee the organization; planning, management, operation of the projects and programs maintaining quality of services under the guidance of the Executive Committee.
∎ b. Maintain close coordination with the Executive Committee and the General Body of the organization.
∎ c. Ensure effective and efficient operation of ongoing projects and programs including financial and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.
∎ d. Lead the fundraising process strengthening organizational capacity through taking necessary measures and steps.
∎ e. Maintain effective liaison between the organization and Stakeholders through effective compliance and reporting and build new partnership with donors, supporters, partners through establishing relationships and communications.
∎ f. Ensure that recruitment, retention, management, and compliance are carried out without delay.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum of 18-20 years' working experience in NGO/Development Sector with minimum 10 years Working experience in Senior Management Positions (Director at least) in any reputed NGO/INGO.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated monthly salary Tk. 100,000/- only (negotiable based on experiences) during provisional period. After successful completion of provisional period salary will be fixed under approved pay scale of the organization.
