• Experience:Applicants should have experience in following business area(s): Beauty Parlor/Salon/Spa as CS (Customer Service), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate, Call Center, Consultancy firms.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Officer/Executive/Representative in Beauty parlor/Salon/training institute or any other consultancy firms;
• Ability handle multitasks, working under pressure & should be maintain customers queries/calls/texts as calm, Social Media pages & platforms, making video & adds with creativity & as in very professional way;
• Well energetic & professional appearance;
• Have to flexible to work evening, weekends & holidays if required (For work in weekend overtime will provide);
• High expertise in MS office tools & Social media pages, platforms, graphic designing, adobe Illustrator, Creativity sides etc;
• Well communication skill in both Bangla & English.

• Customer service & Beauty Industry, Call Center, Sales & marketing, Sales Target, Consultancy Firms.

We are looking for some proactive, highly motivated and service oriented ‘Executive-Digital Marketing’ for our all Beauty Salon units & Training Institute to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will responsible for handling our all social media pages & platforms, Making & posting adds, Video making, outstanding communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the professionalism to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Office Hour: 10:00AM to 07:00 PM;

Working days: 06 days in week (Work at office).

Job Location: Kalabagan, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205.

Key Responsibilities:

• High expertise in MS office tools & Social media pages, platforms, graphic designing, adobe Illustrator, Creativity sides etc;

• Ability to handle Social Media pages & platforms, making video & adds with creativity & as in very professional way;

• Manage appointments via telephone, walk-ins, and digital booking platforms;

• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, promotions, and packages;

• Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with discretion and efficiency;

• Maintain and update client records, including service history and preferences;

• Liaise with beauticians, stylists, and management to ensure timely service delivery;

• Promote and upsell salon services, membership packages, and retail products;

• Assist management with administrative and operational support as needed.

• Salary Range: BDT 18 k to 22 k;

• Probation Period: 06 month;

• Increment: Yearly & Based on performance;

• Bonus: Twice a year (after complete the probation Period of 06 month).
