• Strong knowledge of embroidery techniques, machines, materials, and development processes.

• Good understanding of costing and consumption calculation.

• Attention to detail with strong quality control capability.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design/embroidery software (preferred).

• Receive embroidery artworks, technical specifications, and development requirements from buyers or merchandisers, and review them for clarity and feasibility.

• Prepare and provide accurate price quotations to merchandisers/buyers; follow up to secure order confirmations based on approved pricing.

• Coordinate with design teams to develop embroidery layouts and supervise the execution of all types of samples, including strike-offs, development samples, and pre-production samples.

• Ensure that embroidery techniques, thread types, fabric compatibility, stitch density, and placement are aligned precisely with buyer specifications and quality standards.

• Maintain close coordination with merchandisers, designers, and production teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure smooth workflow.

• Conduct thorough inspection of embroidery samples to verify quality, including stitch accuracy, color matching, finishing, and overall appearance.

• Manage bulk accessory bookings and ensure timely handover to the store or inventory team for production use.

• Monitor development timelines and ensure on-time sample submission and approval to meet critical path requirements.
