• Design, develop, and prepare layouts for garment accessories, printing, and packaging items.
• Handle artwork settings, layout adjustments, and release printing plates as per requirements.
• Create breakdown-wise designs for various items such as stickers, barcode stickers, photo boards, photo cards, die-cut boxes, and hang tags.
• Ensure accurate pre-press work including color separation, alignment, and finishing details.
• Apply product costing knowledge to develop cost-efficient designs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and vendors to implement designs effectively and meet deadlines.
• Review samples, correct errors, and finalize artworks for bulk production.
• Continuously explore innovative design solutions to reduce material waste and optimize printing processes.
