Responsibilities & Context:
- Design, develop, and prepare layouts for garment accessories, printing, and packaging items.
- Handle artwork settings, layout adjustments, and release printing plates as per requirements.
- Create breakdown-wise designs for various items such as stickers, barcode stickers, photo boards, photo cards, die-cut boxes, and hang tags.
- Ensure accurate pre-press work including color separation, alignment, and finishing details.
- Apply product costing knowledge to develop cost-efficient designs while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and vendors to implement designs effectively and meet deadlines.
- Review samples, correct errors, and finalize artworks for bulk production.
- Continuously explore innovative design solutions to reduce material waste and optimize printing processes.
