Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in providing necessary customer support to ensure customer satisfaction;
∎ Communicate with customers and receive their order and other requirements;
∎ Assist in convincing customer about product quality and service;
∎ Assist in placement of orders, refunds or exchange;
∎ Follow up commercial documents with commercial team to delivery & documents closing;
∎ Follow up with planning team for ensuring proper order production plan to ensure OTD;
∎ Assist in verifying production quality and quantity with production;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Candidate should be energetic, confident and proactive attitude.
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Must have garments accessories market related knowledge.
∎ Must have at least 1 year working experience in customer service department with large garments accessories industry.
