Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with respective concern.
∎ Lock customer & Sales force complaints properly regarding any service.
∎ Monitoring the field as per management command (Software based field Monitoring) and ability to work under pressure and team as well.
∎ Visit different markets & Distribution point as per the demand of the market and analysis the market share, find out the gap market and take necessary steps to increase market share.
∎ Assist to Sales force for achieving Target.
∎ Competitor analysis and find out competitive advantage.
∎ Capture appropriate information about the sales force.
∎ Innovative & adaptable and mentality to contribute to the development of the company.
∎ Ability to handle field force, distributor and other external stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure
∎ Good IT skills
