Responsibilities & Context

• We are looking Visa Consultant Officer a reputed travel agency for telling details about our service to clients by phone calls and Providing detailed information about our service to clients face to face and file processing (Training will be provided). 
• Provide trusted consultancy services for Clients and work permit visa. 
• Advice and counselling Clients about Saudi Arab, Malaysia, Dubai and Schengen countries. 
• Offer personalized guidelines, career paths, Advice and counsel work permit visa clients. 
• Maintain continuous communication with clients via phone, messaging, and email. 
• Update management on daily activities. 
• Collaborate with the team and complete any other assigned tasks.
