∎ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University
∎ Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field will be an added advantage
∎ Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ You will be responsible for Sales promoting and traveling arrangements for clients (individuals/ businesses/corporate groups). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele and increasing the sales ratio of the company.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time (9:00am to 8:00pm)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ VISA Processing : USA, CANADA, UK & EUROPE, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA & THAILAND
∎ Tour planning, Operation on Inbound & outbound
∎ Strong Experience in Asian Countries Packages
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
∎ Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
∎ Create and update electronic records of clients
∎ Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends and update the organization immediately.
∎ Maintain relationships with key persons of corporate clients
∎ Keep financial statements and documents
∎ To manage the online reservation of hotels and other tour packages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Travel Agent, Customer Care, Passenger Service
∎ Honest and committed to work a long period in organization
∎ Proven working experience as a Counselor
∎ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
∎ Exemplary sales skills and customer service oriented approach
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises
∎ Willingly to Travel Domestic and Abroad.
