• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• BBA/MBA from any reputed University with a minimum CGPA of 3.50

• Partly qualified ICMAB candidates with 800-900 marks are encouraged to apply

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical company is preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply

• proficiency Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Description

• Perform product, batch, and process costing to support pricing and profitability analysis

• Analyze production efficiency, batch yields, and cost variances; report deviations with reasons

• Prepare cost sheets for tenders, contract manufacturing, export sales, and new products

• Assist in preparing and monitoring monthly and annual budgets

• Support budgetary control and prepare budget variance reports

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate cost data

• Maintain and control standard costing for materials, labor, and overheads in operations

• Perform production bottleneck and capacity analysis to improve productivity and cost efficiency
