Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Brand Managers with Bangla and English Visual Copy and Captions.
∎ Great communication skills;Communicate verbally, orally, and visually with diverse customers.
∎ Ability to write smart, clear, compelling and original Bangla and English copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar, incorporating logic, creativity and imagination.
∎ Very Good typing skills.
∎ Strong research skills must .
∎ Great ability to think outside of the box and be creative
∎ Top notch written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Possess a positive, flexible attitude.
∎ Flexibility to work across a number of projects and balance a workload and meet the deadline.
∎ An interest in digital and traditional marketing.Up-to-date with the popular culture and trends, techniques, and technologies.
∎ Proven English and Bangla Copywriting skills.
∎ Accuracy and Attention to the the detail to make out come perfect
∎ Top notch writing skills in Bijoy & Avro
∎ The resilience to accept criticism of work

∎ Skills and experience requirements:
∎ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing agency is a must.
∎ Excellent communication skills; able to communicate verbally, orally, and visually with diverse customers who possess varying levels of technical proficiencies.
∎ Demonstrated supervisory, delegation and strong mentorship skills
∎ Good attention to detail and budgetary restraints.
∎ Full awareness of the creative movement funnel - mainly digital platforms.
∎ An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering, and positive attitude.
∎ The ability to think outside of the box and be creative.
∎ Great knowledge and interest in digital and traditional marketing.
