Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an interested candidate as Sr. Motion Graphics Designer for Digital Internet Marketing- DIM. DIM is a Canadian-based digital marketing agency which formed back in 2012 in the USA. Currently, it is fully operating from Canada (The Headquarters). Additionally, we started our journey in Bangladesh in 2017. Since then, we have a proven track record of helping clients succeed all over the nation. To join this magnificent team, please read below & take action accordingly.
∎ Working Days: Sunday- Thursday (5 Days).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating captivating animations and graphics
∎ Collaborating with teams to develop innovative concepts
∎ Designing and animating 2D/3D graphics
∎ Ensuring brand consistency in motion graphics
∎ Managing projects and meeting deadlines
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
∎ Ensuring quality control in motion graphics
∎ Mentoring and guiding junior designers
∎ Communicating effectively with clients and incorporating feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Study Design briefs, and generate design ideas and creative concepts based on business requirements.
∎ Understanding Graphics Requirements for Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
∎ Understanding Graphics Requirements for Digital Marketing and UI / UX.
∎ Create Engaging and Eye-catching Graphics to promote products of different brands.
∎ Create Print Media Graphics Based on Requirements.
∎ Keeping Up to date with the latest tools and techniques of Graphics Designing (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Sigma, and XD).
∎ Minimum Knowledge of the English language is a must to understand work requirements.
∎ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for illustrative works.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Optional: After Effect, Premier Pro, In Design, Adobe XD, and Character Animation.
∎ Experience in digital painting, sketching, and motion graphics will be a plus.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Optional: After Effect, Premier Pro, In Design, Adobe XD, and Character Animation.
∎ Experience in digital painting, sketching, and motion graphics will be a plus.
