∎ Working Schedule: Weekly 5 days (Saturday, Sunday weekend)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research extensively and write content for ed-tech products
∎ Analyze competitors and prepare reports
∎ Resolve customer queries regarding specific products
∎ Maintain spreadsheets and organize content
∎ Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure the best quality products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent writing skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
∎ Ability to do thorough research on the internet
∎ Good analytical skills
∎ Excellent computer skills
∎ Basic knowledge about WordPress and CRM/LMS systems will add additional value
