Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBS major in HR or Accounting/Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop HR Budget specifying budgetary head and collect the necessary employee headcount requirement from all the departments/divisions.
∎ Assist HR Director to formulate annual HR budget in line with business operations , which includes all the CAPEX & OPEX related to HR and monitor monthly reconciliation status (HR activity wise) with detail report (Headcount vs. Cost).
∎ Assist HR Director to interpret SHN Compensation & Benefit policy and prepare necessary proposals for management or board review/approval.
∎ Monitor, review, calculate and control the payroll processing for SHN (Deductions, Tax, Arrear, net Pay etc.) and maintain the related documentation (in case of approval notes or adjustment etc.) accordingly.
∎ Ensure monthly report on salary disbursement and show comparison of data regarding discrepancy of salary in terms of new joining, resignation and hold up due to disciplinary issues, Cost to Company etc.
∎ Assist Director-HR in implementing and administering benefit programs, including PF, Gratuity, Extra Hour Allowance, Medical, Life insurance, workers' compensation, employee assistance, retirement and other plans (if required).
∎ Actively engaged in Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund monitoring process and report periodically on its accounting status (including audit reporting and NBR approval etc.)
∎ Use various methods and techniques and assist management to take data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations issues.
∎ Work on analysing data on salaries and evaluate how the organization's pay structure compares with the other similar type of companies and assist DHR for necessary reporting to Management on pay equity across the company.
∎ Assist in designing job evaluation module for the entire organization which will help to generate insight to review the job grading system in SHN as a whole.
∎ Issue monthly payslip/certificates as per requirement
∎ Monitor and ensure the necessary compliance of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 under the purview of SHN HR policy as well. Participate in at least (1) annual market salary surveys for Health Care and corporate markets and conduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-7 years of experience in HR.
∎ At least 5 years of experience in handling Payroll and Compensation & Benefit for large workforce will be given preference
∎ Knowledge of GoB legislation on Employee Compensation (specially on BLL 2006, Tax rules, Provident Fund and Gratuity Fund Management etc.) will be given preference.
∎ Certified in Reward Management will be added qualification.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office applications (advanced practical knowledge particularly in Excel).
