• At least 2-3 years in Trading or Import Group of Companies.

• Skills & Expertise: Import Documentation Knowledge.

RK Group, is a well renowned group of company in Bangladesh, searching a motivated, self-confident, Team bound and hard-working person Executive - Commercial (Import) who has capable for this position.

• Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
• Maintaining proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs & VAT department, etc.
• Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
• Communicate with confirming bank for add confirmation of Import LC at a competitive price.
• Follow up Annual Import Entitlement with customs bond.
• Assign various assignments among team members for smooth commercial operations.
• Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import activities and inform management as required.
• Any other job assign time to time by the management.

• Negotiable (based on skills and experiences) plus sales commission.
