Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Oversee and manage all activities related to bond licensing.
∎ • Track and report daily consumption.
∎ • Handle import and export operations of raw materials and machinery. Prepare yearly Import and Export Customs statements for the Bond Audit.
∎ • Follow up with all commercial documentation.
∎ • Understanding of LC and its terms and conditions.
∎ • Have a strong knowledge of UP and UP-related work. Obtain U.P. regularly from the Customs Bond Commissionerate. Prepare PRC Statement.
∎ • Maintain documents In-Bond, Ex-Bond & update bond register at Bond Commissionerate.
∎ • To work on the annual audit & renewal bond license.
∎ • Update stock statements of bonded materials regularly.
∎ • Licenses Issue and Renewals.
∎ • Maintain effective communication with Customs, Bonds, banks, and other relevant organizations.
∎ • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
