Educational Requirements:
∎ At Least Commerce Post Graduate from any recognized institute. Computer literacy is a must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work under pressure in Office and outside office..
∎ Ready to move frequently within Dhaka city for documentation of import and export.
∎ Manage Banking & others LC related process.
∎ Knowledge efficiency about import-export procedure in 100% export-oriented garment industry.
∎ Preparing all L/C documents like PI, CI, PL, COO, BL, BOE, & so on.
∎ Monitor local and federal regulations
∎ Recruit and oversee contractors and vendors
∎ Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts
∎ Communicating with banks and insurance companies related to local & foreign L/C.
∎ Checking and controlling H.S. Code, Pro forma Invoice, L/C draft, Final L/C Copy, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading.
∎ Ensuring payment against of L/C by bank of customer & generate payment swift.
∎ To maintain proper communication with C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders. Shipping Companies/ Shipping Agents, Air Cargo Agents, etc.
∎ Monitoring and Tracking Bill of Lading and Air Way Bill and checking the status of shipment.
∎ Ensure collecting all shipping documents from the bank and forwarding the same to C& F Agents from time to time.
∎ Managing customs clearance & documentation.
∎ Ensure transportation/ delivery of goods from ports.
∎ Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly preparation of L/C statements regarding PI value, PO value & compensation amount.
∎ Co-ordinate with related commercial issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Export Import Practical knowledge.
∎ Driving license is a must & well Rider (Bike).
∎ Honest, energetic, intelligent and positive minded young.
∎ Should have idea about banking & L/C related tasks.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Have good communication skills both Bengali & English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Browsing Applications is a must.
∎ Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
∎ Must have good knowledge on computer application.
∎ Should be well conversant in email correspondences local & foreign
Salary:
∎ Minimum BDT 20,000.00 (Negotiable based on experiences)
