- To supervise day-to-day site operations for large-scale infrastructure works including civil, structural and MEP activities
- To ensure construction progress aligns with approved schedules, drawings and specifications
- To coordinate with contractors, consultants and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve site-level issues
- To monitor quality control, safety compliance and environmental standards across all work zones
- To maintain accurate site records, daily reports and material tracking logs
- to liaise with project management and design teams to ensure timely execution and technical clarity
- To lead site meetings, workforce planning and subcontractor coordination
- To identify and mitigate risks affecting site productivity or safety
- To ensure clear communication with all stakeholders and maintain professional documentation
