Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish the menus for 5 different outlets, maintain them updated and ensure profitability
∎ To perform kitchen administration according to good practices and international standards
∎ To ensure an advanced level of quality control
∎ To ensure that that basic rules of HACCP are followed
∎ To build up professional, efficient and passionate kitchen teams
∎ To enhance experience for guests by creating cyclic variations
∎ Ability to make budget and to read P&L reports
∎ To continuously supervise the product quality during receiving process
∎ Rectify arising problems or complaints personally and without delay
∎ To maintain excellent public relations with guests and customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be a passionate food lover
∎ Should be able to face some initial complications and help the company to develop the kitchens according to the expectations of the company
∎ Mature personality which maintains a professional decorum at all times
