Tally ERP software handling experienced will be considered an added advantage.
Candidates must have prior experience in petty cash handling.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage petty cash receipts and payments, maintain records in Excel, and post entries in Tally software; share reports with the department head via email & online.
Oversee factory cashier activities, ensuring accuracy of Excel records, collection of original vouchers, and proper posting in Tally.
Supervise Poplar (sister concern) petty cashier operations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
Maintain the Check Register accurately and up to date.
Organize and update files/registers for various suppliers.
Maintain Payable and Receivables Registers regularly.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department head.
Bank Visits but not regularly.
