Cash Management, Showroom Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cash management of the plaza and overall retail sales related activities and conduct activities to achieve the respective plaza goals.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports on sales activities against annual sales targets.
∎ Ensure profitability of respective plazas through strategic planning of retail sales and cost control.
∎ Greet customers properly while customers arrive at the plaza.
∎ Arrange display items as per customer demand and inform them about latest offers.
∎ Acquire adequate knowledge about all types of Walton products.
∎ Build strong relationship/network with customers.
∎ Keep price tags of all products updated.
∎ Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
∎ Assist in corporate sales activities.
∎ Take necessary measures regarding product service.
∎ Gather information about sales policies, strengths and weaknesses of competing organizations.
∎ Participate with the hire team in default hire collection work.

∎ Age at most 30 years
