∎ Skills Required: Good in English, Knowledge of web analytics tools, Auto Cad 2D&3D, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Graphic design One Note.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Graphic Design.
∎ Proficiency in English.
∎ Exemplary planning and time management skills.
∎ Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
∎ High level verbal and written communications skills.
∎ Discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, physical visit basis to generate sales of Fire Detection, Fire Protection System, Cooling System, Ventilation system, HVAC System, Electrical, and Mechanical & Kutir Shilpo Product.
∎ Handle and manage key customers by regular visit & successful sales call.
∎ Address business issues and provide market visit report to Managing Director.
∎ Identify new business opportunity by selecting and engaging influential stakeholders, Generating sales volume by acquisition of new customers and other channel partners to ensure product coverage in the designated sales territory.
∎ Developing strong relationship with assigned area's
∎ 70% In Office desk marketing and 30% field visit.
∎ Strong organizational abilities.
∎ Knowledge of data management.
∎ Working familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer operating platforms.
∎ The capacity to collaborate in a squad.
∎ Intermediate vocal and written communication abilities.
∎ A working familiarity with accounting and financial tools.
∎ Carry out elementary administrative tasks like printing, emailing, and purchasing office supplies.
∎ Work in tandem and assist the sales staff.
∎ Product management.
∎ Account management
∎ Project Management
∎ Arrange employee meetings and make calendar updates.
∎ Manage Payments, Invoices, and Receipts.
∎ Technical Presentation via Power Point.
∎ Manage business financial & Technical Offer.
