Job Context:
∎ Ispahani Group, being one of the most reputed oldest and largest groups in Bangladesh, which is on a growing path as well as diversifying into new field, its FMCG unit Ispahani Tea Limited invites applications from competent & prospective candidates for the following position as fixed term basis for immediate appointment.

∎ Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (except Dhaka & Chittagong)
∎ Job Type: Fixed term
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is purely field research based job. He needs to compilation of all reports on sales status, stock position, cash in hand, remittance, competitor's position and promotional program, opportunity-threats and problem of expansion and other facts as may be assigned. Major responsibilities included but not limited to:
∎ To make frequent tours to sales centers and adjacent areas to check and monitor the activities of the sales personnel.
∎ Conduct various market surveys and generate reports on findings
∎ Conduct various qualitative & quantitative research on products, market and industry
∎ To visit the market regularly, identify operational loopholes, discrepancies and report to HBD.
∎ Explore new opportunities, identify threats, explore new consumer pockets
∎ Report of market intelligence on the mobility of company products and new business and expansion opportunity etc and conduct survey.
∎ Other functions relevant to develop business & market.
∎ Carry out all other reasonable assignments by authority at times
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Candidate who has similar working knowledge & experience in conducting, monitoring & supervising qualitative & quantitative research as well as report presentation will be given preference.
∎ Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment.
∎ Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy.
∎ 1-2 years in FMCG sales & Marketing would be preferable but not essential. Fresher also encourage to apply.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Cell Phone allowance up to Tk. 1500/
∎ TA/DA facilities as per company policy.
