Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Presenting the products to the customers.
∎ Identifying the potential customers.
∎ Manage Door to Door visit specially in on going Construction project and motivate to buy our products/ Services.
∎ Visit potential customers to prospect for new business, acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
∎ Achieving sales target of the company.
∎ Collection of market data & competitors information and analyze for weekly & monthly reporting & get updated with sales status every day.
∎ Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.
∎ Writing sales contracts as per the company's requirements.
∎ Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.
∎ Understanding the current market potentials.
∎ Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
∎ Building a positive relationship with the customers.
∎ Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
∎ Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
∎ Working towards monthly or annual targets.
∎ Writing the market / competitors information or activities.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
