Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To check and verify all sorts of requisition, delivery challans, expenditure and purchase bill, Sales bill, conveyance bill, TA/DA, entertainment bill, daily labor bills & vouchers, Salary and Wages Sheets, Credit bills, Petty Cash Statements and miscellaneous bills etc. Prepare & submit detailed audit report on audit findings with necessary analysis, observations, comparison & recommendations.
∎ Review and check the LC related documents, C&F and other commercial matters. Conduct schedule and un-schedule visit of factory/office premises and physical verification of cash & stock report of Material Control Department of concern unit.
∎ To ensure audit working files are complete, proper indexed and cross referenced when as required.
∎ Ensure accuracy of audits reports that match audit objectives and ensure all practices comply with company and government rules/regulations.
∎ To do market survey as and when required.
∎ To assist in developing/ modifying audit policy of the group time to time. To maintain proper documentation system for future reference.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
