Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting
∎ Graduate/ Masters from Dhaka University or any other Govt. University.
∎ Major in Accounting.
∎ CA course complete will get preference.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Young, energetic and proactive is especially encouraged to apply.
∎ Can do multi-tasking.
∎ Skill in Accounting Software ERP (Kandaree) (Good practice in MS word & Excel)
∎ Typing speed 50 WPM
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Audit, bill, voucher, statement, estimates.
∎ Audit Stores Inventory, Issue and Receipt.
∎ Audit Factory Maintenance.
∎ Audit Management Reports.
∎ Audit any other works as per direction of Management.
∎ Check all types of bills, Vouchers & entries in the ERP System.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Completion of bank and cash reconciliation statement timely
∎ Assist the Manager in the daily banking requirements.
∎ Prepare Vat return Statements.
∎ Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Work with the Manager to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
∎ Assist Manager in making a half-yearly balance sheet.
∎ Ensure all payments with proper documentation.
∎ Assist the manager to produce financial reports or statements (quarterly, half-yearly & yearly).
∎ Coordinate and complete annual audits.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Accounts & Audit related work, bill, voucher, statement, estimate, stores inventory, issue & receipt, management reports & ISO 9001.
