Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor degree in relevant discipline from any reputed university.
∎ [Preferred] Master’s degree in relevant discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The tasks of the Executive Assistant, on behalf of the ND or when ND is not around the office, include executing plans, performing administrative functions, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging and scheduling senior management meetings, conference calls, setting agenda, attending to calls, arranging appointments, and meeting other needs of the National Office, and provide support as required or requested by the National Director.
∎ This position is also responsible for recording meeting minutes & proceedings, and distribute to all members and follow-up accordingly.
∎ Support National Director (ND) to monitor the standards of operating plans & budget.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the ND’s Office.
∎ Administrative support to ND in an efficient way, especially to the tasks related to implementation of program/projects etc.
∎ Documentation and reporting.
∎ Perform all other tasks as and when directed by National Director.

∎ Supervisory experience.
∎ Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team.
∎ Require ability to maintain confidentiality.
∎ Require excellent communications skills, writing and editing concise, clear communications.
∎ Must be computer aptitude and experience in database management, spreadsheet software and internet usage.
∎ Fitness for duty: able to work and travel in the country of assignment as well as internationally. This position requires sufficient physical fitness to undertake occasional travels (e.g. by car, air etc.) in the country of assignment and in the international arena.
∎ Entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness to get things done with limited resources.
∎ High expectations of self and others, leading by example to perform at a level consistent with the position.
∎ Able to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization. Good listener.
