Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ prepare and check daily cash book.
∎ prepare and check bill, voucher, journal as per rules and regulations.
∎ prepare and check Debit and Credit notes.
∎ prepare the Bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Prepare different reports based on the requirement.
∎ Other tasks assigned by department's requirement.
∎ Excellent knowledge of the MS office application, MS-Excel & Bangla typing must.
∎ Composition skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Able to draft Letter for office and send e-mails to concerns.
∎ Knowledge in file management and correspondence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well dressed, presentable, smart, matured, well organized and punctual.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
