We`re seeking a detail-oriented Executive Accounts professional to handle key financial and administrative tasks. You`ll support our accounting team in managing files, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth operations in banking and trade finance. Join our dynamic team and contribute to business growth!
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and organize accounts files, prepare financial reports, Handle Letter of Credit (LC) & Coordinate banking activities.
Assist with audit readiness, including document compilation and compliance checks.
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks: ledger & voucher maintenance, invoicing, inventory management etc.
Prepare VAT & TAX files according to Buy & Sell invoices.
Collaborate across teams to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements & reports.
Perform other assignments as directed by authority.
