Accounts and Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Store Materials Bill,Challan and it's In & out Must be posted in Tally Record.
∎ To prepare & Update list of delivery and send it to Corperate Office.
∎ To prepare Money Requisition.
∎ To prepare red Bill (Head Office)& Challan (Party) when delivery.
∎ Prepare Daily Statement and Petty Cash Maintenance, Sales, Collection& Outstanding report.
∎ Prepare VAT Challan, Racord Maintain.
∎ Inventory Report prepared in every month.
∎ Check & Monitor Stock Register in test basic in two times in every week and report to head office Accounts.
∎ Materials should be issued against proper Requisition.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of store materials and make sure misuse or missing of materials is strictly monitored.
∎ Prepare bill,challan and credit realization, field visit(If necessary).
∎ Any other task assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 02 years Practical Working experience in any reputed Engineering or Manufacturing organization in store department.
∎ Having Computer knowledge specially MS Word, Excel and other relevant field is must.
∎ Should be an energetic & dynamic person
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
