Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBS/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain company accounts, cash and bank transaction
∎ To prepare receipts and payment statements, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, financial statements etc.
∎ To prepare the costing & budgeting of products.
∎ To analyze manufacturing variance accounts each month and prepares reports.
∎ To analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget costs to actual production costs.
∎ To perform activities covering materials and production costs, costs of sales, product development, overhead, etc.
∎ Check salary and wages calculation, attendance etc. and ensure salary-wages payment.
∎ Prepare the statement of Receipts and Payment daily and monthly.
∎ Follow-up all party bill, party payment & final signature before Managing Director/Chairman approval.
∎ Monthly check out all store & verify monthly stock report.
∎ Any query or any other statement collects from subordinate.
∎ Managing Director/Chairman approval.
∎ All factory accounts department operated by head of department & all accounts related document finally signature by him before Director and Managing Director approval.
∎ Any others task assigns by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Garments Industries will be given preference
∎ Willingness to work independently and under pressure
∎ Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
∎ Good analytical skill and proactive in nature to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Good ability to work in a team and good social skills.
Salary: Negotiable
