Responsibilities & Context:

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Executive (Accounts). Major responsibilities for the position are:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and school policies.
Manage general ledger entries, journals, and financial statements.
Monitor actual spending against the budget and report variances.
Track fee payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain up-to-date student fee records.
To work with the head office for staff payroll—calculating salaries, deductions, and allowances.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Participate in meetings as required to present financial data or updates.
Handle petty cash and daily cash flow management.
