Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an Executive, Accounts (Saturday to Thursday) for the following purposes; Banking & Accounting Payment & vendor management Payroll management Budgeting & Controlling MIS reporting.Banking & financial transactions as per the company's financial policies. Preparing the monthly budget and controlling the budget as per fund allocation. Maintain budget-aligned requisition process & voucher approval system and post them to the accounting software instructed by the company. Relationship management with the vendors, payout them as per the monthly cash-out budget, and maintain tax compliance per the vendor's agreement. Monthly sales reports & bank reconciliation instructed by the company. Preparing the vouchers & entry into the accounting software (XERO) with the proper accounting methods and preparing required financial reports to submit to the company on time. Company's inventory, assets & operating goods management. Maintain VAT & TAX-related issues. Preparing the supporting documents of MGM, EGM, AGM & annual return submission. Following KPIs, task logs, executing meeting decisions & timely reporting to the company. Any other task/assignment given by the company and maintaining company policies. Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
