∎ Post Graduation in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Commercial/ Export-Import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
∎ Ensure cash voucher/bank voucher with supporting papers are prepared properly
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers timely Calculate withholding Tax and VAT with timely payment through treasury challan
∎ Provide necessary financial data/information to the Management as needed
∎ Handle accounting software Tally ERP-9 independently.
∎ Monthly reports like sales report ,Debtors report ,collection report
∎ Assist to prepare periodical financial reports and analysis
∎ Knowledge on rice machinery import and sales business is preferable
∎ Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure the same is posted daily.
∎ Reconcile the Bank Accounts and party ledger daily basis.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Core Accounting knowledge
∎ A team worker who believes in team commitment
∎ Honest, Smart & Energetic
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications
∎ Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
∎ Attention to details & Eager to learn
∎ Ready to work under pressure & meet deadlines
