Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cash management
∎ Bank Reconcilitation
∎ Revenue Checking
∎ Software journal & Vouchare entry
∎ Daybook prepare
∎ Communicating with stakeholders/suppliers ledger maintenance, invoicing & maintaining different documents as a priority.
∎ Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
∎ Responsible for addressing the Organization Tax & Vat related correspondence, organize and manage files of all documents.
∎ Follow-up, checking & review the accounting transactions.
∎ Prepare daily receiving report for cash receipt, bank deposit, and receivable, adjustment of the corporate & reporting to the treasurer.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years

∎ Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Cash Management.
