∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Accounts and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive & check the monthly remittance report and rearrange the all Money receipts, Invoice and collection sheet sent by the Credit department
∎ To verify the all remittance with the bank statement and filling up accordingly
∎ To reconcile the showroom expenses with remittance report and expenses claimed by showrooms as well as report to the shop manager where discrepancy raised.
∎ To Make collection and deposit entry of showroom sales and keeping record of all MR, Invoice and LPR separately
∎ To entry of Dealer sales collection and deposit in ERP
∎ To check dealers Scratch Cards adjustments and report to manager.
∎ To keep record in file all kinds of dealer money receipts, Invoice, requisition in daily basis.
∎ To check, Verify and prepare dealer sales incentive & Commission statement of dealers ,dealer sales man and showroom sales man in required interval and report to manage
∎ To make summary of conveyance bill of all H/O staff, Factory and Corporate sales.
∎ To report of Showroom Missing Invoice, Money receipts, RC & LPR to the manager.
∎ To report of Dealer Missing Invoice, Money receipts & Requisition to the manager.
∎ To raise monthly departmental purchase requisition in ERP.
∎ To rearrange company wise BP & JV in monthly basis
∎ To prepare VAT Summary, VAT requisition and treasury challan and submit to the manager
∎ To make BP & JV entry on ERP at cheque date.
∎ Any other Job assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
