∎ MBA/M.Com. in Accounting/Finance from any Public/reputed Private/National University
∎ CA-CC (Certificate level will get preference)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts & Finance:
∎ Record all types of vendor payments, collection from customers, fund transfers and intercompany transactions.
∎ Manage PF, WWF, WPPF and Gratuity funds
∎ Prepare monthly salaries, bonuses and manage all type of monetary benefits of employees
∎ Work with payroll Tax and individual Tax assessment
∎ Internal Audit:
∎ Assess control effectiveness, accuracy and efficiency of operations
∎ Conduct audit on cash inventory of raw materials and finished goods
∎ Analysis material aging, consumption and unused stock
∎ Identify differences between actual cost and budgetary cost of operations
∎ Checking & verifying fabric and accessories booking as per CAD, consumption, marketing budget, IE consumption and ascertain actual, additional, sample and excess booking
∎ Conduct process audit like production, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing washing, shipment and production plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 2-3 years' experience in relevant field is preferred but Fresher candidates are also encouraged to apply
