∎ Work Station: Head Office, Uttara, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and verify suppliers' invoices for accuracy, completeness and adherence to company policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure that the invoices match the goods or services received and that, they are properly authorized for payment.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address any issues related to bills payable and foster effective communication across the organization.
∎ Stay updated on changes in vendor payment terms, Tax & VAT regulations and other relevant financial policies.
∎ Conduct periodic inventory counting and unusual material movement analysis.
∎ Develop and implement internal control policies, procedures, and frameworks across the organization.
