Educational Requirements:
∎ MBS/MBA (Finance/Accounting/Banking) with C.A (C.C)/ CGA partly qualified.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Problem Solving Ability, Strong communication skills , Strong interpersonal skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the Financial by maintaining accepted accounting principles, practices, standards, law and regulation of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 & VAT Act. 2012.
∎ Daily cash dealing & maintaining Bank Book, Cash Book, Cheque Deposit Register, Cheque Issue Register and preparing journal.
∎ Checking and posting Accounts receivable and Accounts payable data in proper way by maintaining accepted accounting principles.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation with Bank Book and Bank Statement
∎ Maintain TDS & VDS functions/activities.
∎ Understanding Taxation & VAT policy of Companies and preparation documents accordingly.
∎ Maintain payments to Suppliers, Contractors, employees, Bank and others.
∎ Analyzing the Bank statement.
∎ Must have the ability to work in the payroll Management & Provident Fund (PF) Management of the Company.
∎ Maintain project & others cost analysis.
∎ Preparing the analytical financial reports as per Management requirement.
∎ Any other task assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Freshers also encourage to apply.
∎ Proficiency in the use of computer Office programs for: Office Management, Accounting Software, Tally, Oracle ERP, payroll, and PF management
∎ Should have knowledge of Accounting ERP and AP automation.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 & VAT Act. 2012.
