∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proficiency in the use of computer Office programs for: Office Management, Accounting Software, Tally, Oracle ERP, payroll, and PF management.
∎ Should have knowledge of Accounting ERP and AP automation.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 & VAT Act. 2012.
∎ Proficiency in the use of computer Office programs for: Office Management, Accounting Software, Tally, Oracle ERP, payroll, and PF management.
∎ Should have knowledge of Accounting ERP and AP automation.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 & VAT Act. 2012.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Enter the invoice in the Oracle Software ensuring accuracy, uniqueness and completeness.
∎ Matching invoice to correct purchase order or receipts ensuring that invoice comply with company policy.
∎ Accomplishing daily assigned tasks in timely communication with other related Modules.
∎ Reconciliation and analysis of payable transactions with the general ledger at period end.
∎ Review of daily sub-ledger accounting transaction analysis with GL transactions after create accounting program run.
∎ Create Accounting for transactions, review journal entries, & run account analysis, journal entries and period close exceptions reports.
∎ Working with payroll management.
∎ Working with Provident Fund Management, dealing with cash & payment & Report preparation.
∎ Preparing the year-end PF financial statement of affairs.
∎ Maintaining Fixed Asset register in Oracle ERP.
∎ Maintaining TDS and VDS registers & payments to the ex-chaquer accordingly.
∎ Preparing various TDS & VDS reports as per the requirements of Govt. Authority & company management.
∎ Preparing a recurring journal and a provisional journal in the Oracle cloud.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
