∎ Honors/Masters Major in Accounting/ Finance.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep Record of daily expenditures, prepare vouchers, checking bills on timely basis;
∎ To Maintain fixed assets register and its proper management;
∎ To Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/petty cash book/receivables/vendors ledgers, other relevant register);
∎ To Prepare the bank reconciliation statement monthly;
∎ To Ensure a physical inventory records and ensure to update it on monthly basis;
∎ Expert in using (accounts & inventory) Software;
∎ Closely monitor all payments & receipt and expenditures & revenue;
∎ Handling salary & all kinds of employee's payment by maintaining confidentiality;
∎ Maintain all personal files and leaves records including annual or sick leave along with
∎ other travel approval documents properly;
∎ Maintenance of purchase procedures;
∎ To assist in developing the Internal Control System;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
