∎ MBA/MBS in Accounts/Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CMA partly qualified/CACC
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To physical verification of inventories, cash, sample,
∎ To evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control system
∎ To review & check bills/voucher/Invoice & other supporting documents
∎ To review & check sales and collection
∎ To ensure physical verification of inventory
∎ To evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control system
∎ To review & check bills/voucher/Invoice & other supporting documents
∎ To review & check sales and collection
∎ Deduction of TDS and VDS as per govt. rules from the vendor bills and TDS from employee salary.
∎ Issuing certificates & treasury challans to vendors.
∎ Monthly reconciliation of TDS and VDS- vendor-wise & date-wise.
∎ Maintaining purchase register.
∎ Proper VAT Documentation for monthly return submission.
∎ Summarizing monthly VAT return information from the purchase register and reconciling.
∎ Deduction of VAT, taxes, and other charges at sales registration.
∎ Maintaining sales register
∎ Maintaining input output co-efficient
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on Accounting Basics
∎ Basic Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel
∎ Sincerity and ability to work independently when need
∎ Excellent inter-personal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working atmosphere
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies and satisfactory communication and inter-personal skills.
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and 'multi-task'
∎ Commitment and understanding of organizational aims, values, principles and policies
