• Candidates having experience in the retail business will get preference.

Unit Name: Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (a concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailers in Bangladesh, with brands like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men and Women.

Responsibilities:

• Bank payment voucher and all kinds of journal voucher posting to Tally software.

• Prepare daily payment requisition & write the cheque for all types of vendor payments.

• Prepare daily fund position with daily receipt & payment and submit to the Managing Director.

• Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation, statement & cash flow statement.

• Daily sales invoice checking and monitoring of Sales Software.

• Reconciliation of physical stock with sales software & Tally software.

• To check the Head Office & Factory petty cash.

• Prepare monthly Stock Report, sales report & sales incentive report

• Have to visit the showroom location inside Dhaka regularly to ensure and implement the company’s set of standards of retail operations.

• Responsible for the documentation and ensuring the safety of the financial documents.

• Maintain the sun-system and/or subsidiary ledger functions and perform reconciliations with general ledger accounts.

• Carry out an inventory audit from time to time.

• Any other task assigned by management.
